The Building has been meticulously designed reflecting the client’s aspiration for a sustainable workplace of international standards scoring IGBC platinum rating.
The Site is located along the junction of SG highway and outer Ring road of Ahmedabad with efficient connectivity to main city, state capital – Gandhinagar as well as the airport.
With a primary aim to create an environment friendly workspace and incorporating global design standards, the concept aims to achieve continuous integration of outdoor and indoor spaces. Responding to the hot and semi-arid climate of the city, the building is set at the south edge of the site.

Thermal energy storage (TES) system is integrated to store night time cooling for daytime utilization leading to low energy consumption for HVAC.
Sewage treatment plant are provided to efficiently treat waste water. Rain water harvesting systems are integrated to utilize rainwater for flushing and recharge the ground water table. The building is designed to achieve platinum rating as per IGBC.
The foreground landscape acts as the first point of visual connect that leaves a lasting impression and its approach towards nature and its diverse elements. A linear water body along the 100m length of the foreground is designed to create a mini promenade. Eloquent sculptures and bubbler jets are provided to create a soothing micro climate. Sustainable features include rain water harvesting, septic tanks and indigenous trees.
