A 100 key luxury resort located at lake Alisgarh, 25 Km away from the main city of Udaipur.

Being an important sought after destination by Indian and international tourists, Udaipur is growing as a leisure destination. Complimenting this, it is also emerging as a location for social events such as destination wedding, corporate trips, fashion / media events etc. With a location away from the city center, yet reflecting Udaipur’s splendid features, the client envisages a destination for an elegant retreat on a hill alongside lake Alsigarh that lies 25Km from the city of Udaipur.

With a 200m lake front the project aims at optimizing the view of the lake and surrounding hills with an experience that provides for assimilation of the rich culture of Rajasthan while spending a moment amidst the silent starry night .

The design establishes terraces along the contoured site, thereby offering diverse views of the surroundings with a linear hotel block placed on top of the hill providing panoramic views. A grand arrival plaza is planned centrally to provide a majestic experience for guests at arrival. The hotel block assimilates public spaces on the ground floor, guest accommodation of varied sizes on upper floors and an open air restaurant on the terrace. A large banquet hall for the capacity of 1000 people is provided at the foothills alongside the lake with a lavish outdoor lawn.

The hotel will be equipped with facilities such as all day diner, specialty restaurants, bar, spa, fitness centre and meeting premises. Outdoor facilities includes swimming pool, yoga centre, amphitheater, children’s play area, lakeside camping space, butterfly garden, viewing tower etc. Destination activities such as lake kayaking, nature trail, star gazing, camel safari, cycling tracks are integrated with the project to provide a complete leisure experience.

The architectural theme is rooted in elegant planning, incorporating exquisite forms and accentuating vibrant features. The design evolves around a Havelli theme with vibrant colours reflecting Rajasthani culture with complementing landscape to provide a luxurious recluse. From romantic rendezvous to marriage jubilation, corporate commemorations to family vacation, it is a pursuit to establish a destination for unforgettable remembrance.
