Located at the periphery of city and proximity to the airport, the exhibition Centre is proposed to cater for international events and accommodate convention facility. The brief required for large outdoor and indoor spaces with vibrant pedestrian environment that can be developed in two phases, the physical layout of exhibition areas to be able to be divisible into equal size compartments.

The concept proposes a peripheral development enclosing a large landscaped court. A Diagonal boulevard divides the site into two zones (phases) with an exhibition hall designed at each zone. The exhibition halls are designed to provide large areas spanning 20m to be achieved through metal roofing. The boulevard is designed to reflect the branding of exhibitors, provide grand entrances and facilitate public gatherings which is augmented with open courts on either ends for open air exhibitions. Each zone is provided with basement  parking, cafeterias, stores etc. with efficient interconnectivity. A convention and administration block with seminar and meeting areas is provided at the Centre with proximity to site entrance as well as exhibition halls.
