The landscape design for the 1 acre  site area around the Sintex headquarter primarily aims at accentuating foreground of the building.

The foreground landscape acts as the first point of visual connect that leaves a lasting impression through its tranquil atmosphere that compliments the built form as well as provides a well defined approach towards nature and its diverse elements. The landscape area offers a green corridor for the occupants. Material selection includes a balance of natural stone, wooden decks, focal features in metal etc.

A linear water body  along the 100m length of the foreground is designed to create a mini promenade. The atrium of the building is responded with a metal grid bridging the water body . Eloquent sculptures and bubbler jets are provided to create a soothing micro climate. Sustainable features include rain water harvesting, septic tanks and indigenous trees.
