This project is a 100m tall commercial building designed to be a part of proposed CBD with higher FSI. It is linearly placed between Ashram road and sabarmati riverfront in Ahmedabad.

On Southern edge, project site abuts proposed metro corridor connecting old and new developments of the city located on the east and west of Sabarmati river.

The proposed tower structure is defined to reflect :

i.Principles of Masterplan led development incorporating urban design guidelines

ii.Principles of high rise structure on the edge of a prominent riverfront accommodating large areas of public realm

iii.Principles of building use to integrate the architectural design to the overall character of the CBD

iv.Effective design and cost management through intelligent evaluation of building footprint, structural technology and services involved.

v.Architectural design and character that compliments upcoming skyline of riverfront CBD, set a benchmark to achieve global identity for the city.
