Located in the upcoming south region of Nanded, The client seeks to optimize the roadside frontage to develop a mix-use commercial block with retail on the ground and boutique offices on upper floors. The continuity of a liner block is broken by introduction of sky bridges and central entrance. The entrance leads to a central court that opens into a retail square maximizing visual connect with upper floor commercial activity. The commercial blocks on above floors are easily accessible from open staircases and lifts. The glazed grid façade is detailed to accommodate individual office’s service items including the ac units.  Top floor of the building has been designed with a special viewing block which will be utilized by a theme restaurant providing river view which flows a few meters away from the site.
