Masterplan & Architecture : The overall masterplan with multiple buildings has been integrated to provide large public realms and recreational spaces. Analysing the project brief, anticipated character to make this project a landmark development for our client which has a long term vision to be the catalyst for the development of this area.

The project is proposed to be developed in three phases incorporating offices, retail and hospitality. Envisaged as one consolidated development with combined common green spaces, connected pedestrian spines and segregated vehicular movement.
