Strategically located in proximity to Andheri main line station, Metro 1, 2A and the upcoming underground metro 3. Easy road access to both Domestic and International airports, JVLR, Western Express Highway (WEH), as well as other prime locations in the city.

Reflecting on an incredible experience at the Hospitality Design Symposium 2023 at New Delhi. Urbanscape studio’s founding Director Mr. Sachin Zanwar was invited as the Keynote Speaker.
It was an honor to present on the topic ‘Versatility in Hospitality’. In a world of rapid transformation, adaptability and versatility reign supreme for success in this industry. While sharing insights on cutting-edge trends was a privilege, he also delved into our Global portfolio of hospitality projects, from business hotels to retreats/resorts. It was an exhilarating event, where innovation and creativity harmonized to shape the future of hospitality design. The symposium was a celebration of shared passion and determination, bringing together like-minded individuals who are the driving force behind our industry’s progress.
A development of such high density required assessment of its impact on neighborhood as well as the campus. The project integrates key aspects such as transit, security, emergency, user conveniences and experience, crowd management, facility infrastructure through assessment, analysis, research and standard establishment. It provides strategies for efficient interaction between factors of safety, sustainability, user and management conveniences thereby achieving a whole building approach through planning.

Proud to have fully managed the Concept Architecture for this hill top resort. It was great experience working with technical and management team at Taj along with multiple specialist consultants giving shape to the brief for a leisure hotel amidst dense Himalayan woods.
The Architectural response successfully captures pristine beauty of the surrounding hills while incorporating local architectural style and materials; making the project ‘Jewel of Himachal’. Congratulations to all who put their efforts turning this challenging hill top marvel into reality.
In line with our client’s commitment for sustainable built environment, our project has received pre-certification for platinum rating by the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC). The project is the largest platinum rated building in Gujarat under owner occupied category. IGBC has certified that the design will achieve a high-performance building in accordance with their Green New Building Rating Systems. The project has demonstrated design solutions that minimize heat gain while optimizing natural light to achieve 30% reduction in energy consumption.
The IT campus spread over 25 acres to generate 6 million sft of construction area will accommodate 50,000 occupants at Kharadi, Pune. The premise to be occupied by Barclays bank along with other premium MNC’s. This high density gated corporate development characterized by large building footprints possess challenges related to influx of massive number of people using the campus where transition systems and safety concerns are utmost important. For achieving quality, this high-performance facility required an integrated process that identifies and embraces the collective goals of the project including security, sustainability, productivity, accessibility, functionality and cost effectiveness. Through this exercise, Urbanscape studio aims in identifying areas of synergy and potential conflicts between the projects design and security approaches and highlighting design opportunities for ‘Secure Campus planning’
The core and shell for Sintex Corporate headquarter has been successfully completed within a stipulated time frame and it adds to the family of most successful corporate offices within vaishnodvi circle area of Ahmedabad. Our clients are happy to see the realization of spaces to their satisfaction and given us the remarks for introducing one of the most advanced office buildings of Ahmedabad.

Glad to have our winning entry displayed at Design Arena. Urbanscape Studio has been Honored for ‘Excellence in Architecture and Design’ for one of our ongoing Commercial projects at Ahmedabad, Gujrat, India.
The construction work begins for the tallest tower in Ahmedabad’s Central Business District. Located along the revered Sabarmati River front. This 100m tall commercial tower has a total construction area of 3,00,000 sq ft. It is a part of the masterplan led development and is in compliance with the urban design guidelines for the CBD. The project proceeds in compliance to all regulatory approvals including Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation, Sabarmati River Front Development Corporation Ltd, CBD Authority and Gujarat metro rail.
The construction work begins for the Headquarters of Sintex Industries at Ahmedabad. With a total construction area of 4,00,000 sq ft, it is the first project in Ahmedabad with 3 level basement parking. Montecarlo Limited has been appointed as civil contractor with a team of more than 250 workers to deliver this prestigious project as per schedule. The project proceeds in compliance to all regulatory approvals including AUDA and environmental clearance from The Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change.
Urbanscape Studio designed project gets honored at ‘Rethinking the future sustainability’ (RTFSA) awards under international office building Concept category 2016.’ The Jury constituted 15 esteemed judges from across the global architectural fraternity. Award-winning projects were chosen based on their functionality, technology and accessibility, community impact, sustainability, longevity and aesthetic achievements that respond to the issues surrounding justice design. The awards were honored for projects designed to develop an architectural language that would ‘sustain’ and ‘survive’ the impacts of new age challenges, and evolve into an architectural language of the future – taking sustainability one step ahead. The project has now been published amongst several top international design houses including Foster & partners, KPF and Zaha Hadid.
