A 2,000 sq. ft. apartment, situated in Mumbai, calls for a design brief that reflects luxury and functionality. Keeping in mind the clients’ vision that targets comfort and aesthetics, we have tried to achieve contemporary and minimal statement interiors.The house was to be torn down bare and rebuilt, so it was our responsibility to carry out tasks from civil works to the last detailing of this space on the 18th floor of a high rise in Malad.The palette for this project is inspired by nature, in order to balance the modern elements used throughout. The unique range of furniture and panelled wall treatments are major components of this project. The house is an elegant mix of modern and rustic themes that is inviting yet opulent.

With Victorian-style panelling, this grey living room is light, airy and welcoming. To add extra comfort, seating with a toning mix of coloured cushions is used. The walls are treated with impactful wood panelling adding depth and character to this neutral space

A modern combination of blue and white is used in this kitchen. The space-efficient design uses up one wall for storage and functionality. This kitchen is complete with closed as well as open storage for handy items. The built-in chimney adds to the look and feel of this modular kitchen.

Dining Area
With a Victorian style panelled wall as the backdrop, consisting of a sleek, circular table and dining chairs, a dedicated dining area is created.The table acts as a bold statement piece that creates a seamless contrast against the muted walls.
A dark grey and golden colour palette for the dining furniture gives the space a modern touch that ties in with the theme followed throughout the living room.
A luxurious finished wood is used for the grand main entrance door. A side vision panel is also provided to easily access visitors for safety.
Crafted from exquisite, luxurious wood, the grand main entrance door exudes elegance and sophistication. To ensure safety without compromising style, a side vision panel is seamlessly integrated, allowing effortless access to visitors while maintaining the aesthetic integrity of the door.
Custom made elevated bed
Constructed across a major portion of the floor, this custom-made deck is essentially a bed frame accommodating a mattress and wardrobe atop the structure.
The potential for storage is tremendous. Any kind of clutter is tucked away out of sight – thus, keeping the interior free of clutter and encouraging a zen-like atmosphere for a deeper slumber.
Spanning a significant portion of the floor, this bespoke deck serves as a multifunctional platform, ingeniously designed to accommodate a mattress and wardrobe atop its structure.
Its expansive layout offers tremendous storage potential, adeptly concealing any clutter and maintaining an interior of pristine clarity, fostering a serene atmosphere conducive to restful slumber.
Study Room
The study desk has a fine wooden and white laminated top with floating cabinets overhead. The study table has enough storage options to help you keep things organised.
The rest of the room maintains the same aura with white flooring and beige curtain decor. This type of study room decoration is perfect to complement the TV unit.
Washroom
Contemporary and minimal designs are used to achieve a sleek finish for the washrooms; while the floating black shelves add character and depth.
Employing contemporary and minimalist design principles, the washrooms are transformed into spaces of sleek sophistication.
The emphasis on clean lines and simplicity creates an aesthetic that is both modern and refined.
The incorporation of floating black shelves injects personality and dimension into the design, elevating the visual appeal while also serving a practical purpose.
