This 10,500 sq. ft, high-end duplex apartment, situated in BKC, Mumbai, calls for a design brief that reflects luxury and functionality. Keeping in mind the clients’ vision where the occupants need a great amount of comfort and an extraordinary lifestyle matching global standards, we have tried to achieve contemporary and minimal, yet statement interiors. Our vision for this project outlines the requirement and aspirations of our client who is a top leader in Indian business industry. The house is handed to us in bare shell, so it is our responsibility to carry out tasks from civil works to the last detailing of this duplex on the 9th floor of a high rise in BKC. The palette for this project is inspired from the most coveted luxury places across world. The finest range of furniture to the most exquisite wall treatments are major components of this project. The space is flooded with natural light coming in from the large French windows throughout the house. The two-story atrium situated in the middle of the living room maintains a connect between both floors and serves a great view overlooking some iconic buildings in BKC.
