Through strategic placement and architectural articulation, the building interacts dynamically with its context, enhancing both aesthetic appeal and functionality.

In the growing age of environmental awareness, we as an organization continue taking every possible step towards Sustainability.
As a recognition, Urbanscape Studio received an award for ‘Innovation In Sustainable Urban Designs & Architecture at the Eldrok India Architecture Summit 2022 held at The Leela, Mumbai.
We are thankful to our team for shaping overall portfolio and recent works in India. It was a rewarding experience to be recognised amongst some of the most reputed and established organisations in the industry.

Technology enabled buildings are helping us from a long time, there is more to witness in the near future.
Our Director, Mr. Sachin Zanwar was selected as a panelist along with leading Architects and sustainability consultants from Mumbai. He spoke on the ‘Use of Artificial Intelligence in eco-friendly, tech-enabled buildings’, a topic he strongly believes as the future of architecture.
Architects around the world have begun using AI for various aspects of construction. From predictive energy optimization used to reduce energy use, and calculate what resources to utilise in real-time, to monitoring weather forecasts and controlling environment adjustments; architecture has come a long way.
Similarly, in our mission to upgrade the way spaces are imagined and make climate responsive changes, we integrate leading tech and AI in our designs.

Being a part of an illustrious panel at Institute of Indian Interior Designers (IIID) was an exhilarating experience for our founding Director Sachin Zanwar.
IIID is renowned for its commitment to advancing the field of interior design, and being invited to join a panel indicates recognition and respect for your expertise in the industry.
The topic revolved around “Is AI the Future of Design” along with other eminent professionals from the industry. It was great experience to witness future-focused topics like AI are now at the front end of design conversations.
Business District by Sachin Zanwar in India won the WA Award Cycle 30
WAC honoured Urbanscape Studio for Business District, a 67 acre Masterplan designed for a private client at Ahmedabad.
The brief required a design to accommodate diversified development, thereby providing flexibility in leasing spaces, plot sizes and quarter sizes to accommodate business of varied sizes. These were to be supported by ample parking, large green spaces (private + communal), retail and night life to facilitate a vibrant, round the clock environment.
Design approach:
The design seeks to create an identity on a global level through its integrated sustainable development, enhancing work and social environment, to attract business around the world. With a total site area of 67 Acres and an estimated development of 50,00,000 sqft, the proposal seeks to cater to more than 65000 people.

‘Excellence in Architecture and Design’ for Commercial Architecture, 2018, Mumbai
Urbanscape Studio has been Honored for ‘Excellence in Architecture and Design’ for Tall Building commercial Architecture Category at a national event in Mumbai.
This project is a 100m tall commercial building (3,00,000 sft) designed to be a part of proposed CBD with higher FSI. It is linearly placed between Ashram road and Sabarmati riverfront in Ahmedabad.
On Southern edge, project site abuts proposed metro corridor connecting old and new developments of the city located on the east and west of Sabarmati river.
Creative Minds Next Award for Mixed use Development, 2019, Mumbai
Urbanscape Studio has been Honored consecutively for second time for ‘Excellence in Architecture and Design’ for Mixed use Development Category at a national event in Mumbai.
This project is a Highly integrated module of development in excess of 1 million sft creating a global opportunity for an upcoming area in Gujrat. Transforming an intensive brief into a successful sustainable Architecture, responsive Urban masterpiece awarded ‘Creative minds next’ under Mixed use architecture category. Project displayed at FOAID Design Arena, Mumbai.
Re-thinking the future Sustainability Award for International office Building Concept category, New Delhi, 2016
Urbanscape Studio designed Corporate office for Sintex Industries gets honored at ‘Rethinking the future sustainability’ (RTFSA) awards under international office building Concept category 2016.’
The Jury constituted 15 esteemed judges from across the global architectural fraternity. Award-winning projects were chosen based on their functionality, technology and accessibility, community impact, sustainability, longevity and aesthetic achievements that respond to the issues surrounding justice design. The awards were honored for projects designed to develop an architectural language that would ‘sustain’ and ‘survive’ the impacts of new age challenges, and evolve into an architectural language of the future – taking sustainability one step ahead. The project has now been published amongst several top international design houses including Foster & partners, KPF and Zaha Hadid.
