The client aspires to develop a Corporate Park incorporating global design principles as well as indigenous character of the place and reflect vibrant culture of the region comprehensively promoting its inhabitant’s skills and talent.
The Site is located along the junction of SG highway and outer Ring road of Ahmedabad with efficient connectivity to main city, state capital – Gandhinagar as well as the airport.

Concept
The overall masterplan with multiple buildings has been integrated to provide large public realms and recreational spaces. Analysing the project brief, anticipated character to make this project a landmark development for our client which has a long term vision to be the catalyst for the development of this area. The project is proposed to be developed in three phases incorporating offices, retail and hospitality. Envisaged as one consolidated development with combined common green spaces, connected pedestrian spines and segregated vehicular movement.

Integrated Development
The project has been designed to create a seamless functional design for a mix use character yet integrate to create synergy. The clustered master plan led development is designed to create large chunk of open green creating environment for social sustainability.
Pedestrian network
Shaded pedestrian network interconnects all clusters through green avenues and parks. The pedestrian avenues are aligned to create vistas.
Integrating different building typologies
The masterplan is divided into three quarters facilitating built blocks of varied scale integrating to act as one. Each block has its own green parks/ avenue, parking blocks, rainwater harvesting systems, waste water management systems making them self-sufficient suitable for its function. The parking blocks are provided with multiple entry/exits for efficient transition of traffic. Built forms are defined based on its function.
Design evolution
Fluidity in spaces allowing wind flow through all the spaces. Breaking the mass providing visual connectivity and easy accesibility for the people to move freely. Amalgamation of built and unbuilt spaces creating a grand experience.
