Building Development

The design of a high-rise commercial building next to the Sabarmati River in Ahmedabad emphasizes integration with its surroundings, particularly through thoughtful responses to edges and the skyline principle.

By leveraging the skyline principle, the building harmonizes with the cityscape while creating a distinctive profile. Integrated design ensures seamless incorporation of environmental, cultural, and functional elements, fostering a symbiotic relationship with the riverfront and adjacent urban fabric.

Through strategic placement and architectural articulation, the building interacts dynamically with its context, enhancing both aesthetic appeal and functionality.

Principles of High rise development

The proposed tower structure is defined to reflect:

  • Principles of Masterplan led development incorporating urban design guidelines.
  • Principles of high rise structure on the edge of a prominent riverfront accommodating large areas of public realm.
  • Principles of building use to integrate the architectural design to the overall character of the CBD.
  • Effective design and cost management through intelligent evaluation of building footprint, structural technology and    services involved.
  • Architectural design and character that compliments upcoming skyline of riverfront CBD, set a benchmark to achieve global identity for the city.
