The site is along the coast side boulevard at Paradeep, Orrisa. The project is a G+7 structure that accommodates commercial offices with retail spaces provided at the ground level. The building is set within the site to provide a foreground drawing occupants and visitors while creating efficient drop + pick up areas. The building mass is oriented to optimize the daylight from eastern seaside by creating a mini court opening eastwards to achieve shaded areas that can facilitate natural light. The façade is designed to mitigate heat gain from south and west façade, whilst optimizing natural light from north and east side. The floor space is designed to accommodate provisions for small offices as well as large offices with terraces on multiple floors.

Based on efficient planning and prudent concepts the design is envisaged to become a local landmark.
