A large corporate finance institute plans to build a high end training facility for its pan India executives with residential and leisure facilities.

The Masterplan is based around a median spine that connects all blocks of faculty housing, executive hostels, conference and training facility along with a central plaza. The development around the median axis is augmented in response to the north-south, east-west directions with each structure having optimized opening on the north and controlled opening to the south side. Further, each block is provided with courts interconnected by shaded pedestrian access providing movement permeability throughout the campus. Each block is designed in response to the hierarchy of occupancy whilst maintaining a uniform austerity throughout the campus.

The campus accommodates academic and residential facilities for 1200 people along with Knowledge Centre, Recreational hub and an auditorium for 500 capacity.
